This simple, gentle yoga inspired program is designed to help you begin or resume a regular yoga practice without having to go to extremes (or to the gym or yoga studio). Stretch in the privacy and comfort of your home any time you like with this video that contains two complete 30-minute sessions filmed outdoors on location at the beautiful Marie Selby Gardens:

Session #1: Flexibility and Relaxation (Approx. 30 Minutes) – TheĀ focus of this practice is to help improve range of motion and mobility while enhancing the relaxation response for stress relief and resilience.

Session #2: Stability and Mobility (Approx. 30 Minutes) – TheĀ focus of this practice is to balance strength and flexibility for optimum stability and mobility.

EQUIPMENT USED: A mat or towel is all that is required, but the use of a pillow and/or folded blanket may be added to bolster some of the poses.

No previous yoga experience required. No overly repeated sequencing or flows, no chanting or sanskrit terminology used; just simple, full body, focused stretches and targeted yoga poses and postures that offer the maximum benefit with options for various levels. A peaceful, final relaxation is included at the end of both sessions to help enhance the stress relieving benefits of each practice.
