Dual Gliding Disc Core Slider

Thirty48 Dual Gliding Disc Core Sliders are made with one side Fabric, and the other side Smooth PU Plastic. The smooth plastic layer can be used on carpet, rug, fabric surfaces floor. Whereas, the fabric layer can be used on hardwood, tiled floor. Gliding Discs exercises mainly focus on your core abdominal muscle groups to gain balance and strength. You can easily workout at home now when you don’t have time to go to the gym or simply don’t like waiting in line for equipment.

Lateral Band Walks

Place the band around your calves. Stand in a quarter-squat position with your feet about hip-width apart, hands at your chest or on your hips. Take a step to the right with your right foot, so that your feet are shoulder-width apart. Then, follow with your left so that your feet are hip-width apart again. Take three steps to the right, and then three back to the left.

Standing Glute Kickbacks

Place the band around your ankles. With your hands at your waist or on your hips, shift all your weight into your left leg and place your right toes on the ground about an inch diagonally behind your left heel, so there is tension in the band. Squeeze your abs and tuck your pelvis under as you kick your right leg back about 6 inches. Return your right foot to the ground, keeping tension in the band. Switch sides and repeat.

Static High Knees

Loop the band around both feet, and stand with your feet about shoulders-width apart and elbows bent along your sides. Simultaneously lift your left arm and right knee so your right thigh is about parallel to the ground. Complete 8 to 10, then switch sides.

Horizontal Arm Extensions

Place the resistance band around your wrists and put your arms in front of you while maintaining a straight back. Pull the bands apart by applying outward pressure to your forearms and slowly return back to the starting position.

Pike

Start in high plank with both feet on sliders. Brace core and hike hips toward the ceiling, pulling feet in toward hands, leaving hands and shoulders in the same place. Slide feet back to return to starting position and repeat.

Mountain Climber

Start in high plank position with both feet on sliders. Slide right knee forward to chest. Push knee back to return to high plank. Repeat on the other side.

Arm Circles

From a high plank position, with both hands on sliders, slide one arm forward, and then make a large arc as you slide right arm around and to the right side of your body. Push back to starting position and repeat on the other side.

Crisscross Floor Jacks

Start in a plank position with wrists below shoulders and feet positioned atop discs with legs opened away from one another. Slide legs toward one another, bending right knee to cross right foot in front of left. Reverse the movement and repeat.
